Legends Palazzo is a 9 bedroom, 8 full bath, 5 half bath property with an exquisitely decorated, spacious open floor plan and an outdoor pool and terrace that will have you enjoying the sunshine from sunrise to sunset!

The first floor boasts a large open floor plan for gathering with loved ones. A full service bar area and fully equipped kitchen will make entertaining your family and friends a breeze. The home has a private gym for when you re ready to work out and a custom gaming room for when you re ready to play. Downstairs there are two full primary en-suites with double showers and soaking tubs too!

The kiddos will love the impeccably designed, interactive two-story Toy Story inspired play area just for them. This giant scaled version of Andy s bedroom will have them using all of their imagination discovering all the details with Buzz and Woody so they can head to Infinity and Beyond! The second floor of the play room has a Radiator Springs Cars themed bunk room and a princess themed bunk room with a real interactive mirror to ask who truly is the fairest of them all! The kids area is truly one of a kind with hand painted artwork, details and designs to make even adults feel like kids again.

The second floor has a private theater room that is set up perfectly to grab some popcorn together and watch a movie on the big screen. Upstairs also has another large open gathering area with pool table and full service bar area and four more spacious en-suites. The oversized balcony has ping pong and foosball tables and overlooks the 75ft, LED lit, palm tree lined pool with a 10-person spill over spa. The true star of this home is the view of the 14th hole of the Signature Jack Nicklaus golf course and so many gorgeous Florida sunsets.
