The welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably and enjoy a comfy and entertaining evening with your loved ones streaming favorite movies and shows on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. Surprise your guests with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with all the major appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Enjoy your culinary masterpieces at the adjoining dining table with extra seating at the breakfast bar or on the spacious screened balcony with beautiful tree-lined views. The primary suite enjoys direct access to the balcony, a smart TV, and a spacious en suite bath with a jetted tub. • Pool Heater: $35 per day plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a heated pool option).
• Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).
